Ear Scope / Smart Otoscope

The wireless ear scope can record video of your child's ear drums, which our pediatric team can use to diagnose ear infections.

Pulse oximeter

The pulse oximeter measures your child's heartrate and oxygen levels, giving our pediatric team valuable information necessary to make diagnoses.

Digital Oral Thermometer

The included thermometer is waterproof and has a ﬂexible tip to make it easy to take your child’s temperature

Is an online pediatrician as good as an in-person visit?

For the majority of everyday childhood concerns (fevers, coughs and colds, ear pain, rashes, pink eye, and stomach bugs), yes. You reach a board-certified pediatric clinician by message, phone, or video, and Blueberry's at-home exam kit lets them actually look inside your child's ears and check oxygen and temperature, so they're working from real clinical signs, not just a description. That's why 93% of Blueberry visits are resolved without an ER or urgent care trip. When something genuinely needs a hands-on exam or emergency care, your pediatric team will tell you and help you get to the right place fast.

Are Blueberry's pediatric clinicians board-certified?

Yes. Every Blueberry pediatric clinician is board-certified and licensed. They all have the same credentials you'd look for in an in-person practice. You're always talking to a real pediatric clinician who treats kids for a living, not a general telehealth doctor or a triage-nurse line.

Can I get a prescription from an online pediatrician?

Yes, when it's clinically appropriate. If your child needs medication, your Blueberry pediatric clinician can send a prescription to your local pharmacy right from the visit. They follow the same safe-prescribing standards as an in-person practice, so a few situations (certain antibiotics, or any controlled medication) may still call for an in-person exam. Your Blueberry pediatric team will tell you clearly when that's the case.

Can I use my HSA/FSA card to pay for Blueberry?

Yes, Blueberry is HSA/FSA Eligible! FSA eligibility depends on your FSA administrator. Once signed up, you can request a receipt to submit to your FSA administrator from our support team at help@blueberrypediatrics.com

How much does Blueberry cost?

Blueberry has two options, a monthly membership and an annual membership. The annual membership costs $18/month ($216 per year upfront). The monthly membership costs $29/month (choosing an annual plan saves you 35%!). There is a $100 $100 fee for your at-home medical kit. There are no per-visit fees or copays regardless of your insurance coverage; no matter how much you use Blueberry or how many children you have, you'll never be charged any additional fees!

Blueberry is also HSA/FSA Eligible!

Is Blueberry really available 24/7? What about holidays?

Yes! Your pediatric team is always available 24/7, 365 days a year, including holidays.

If I sign up for Blueberry but don't like it, can I get a refund?

Although we would be sorry we didn't meet your expectations, you can be refunded if you were unhappy with our service. Contact help@blueberrypediatrics.com and they will work with you to get a refund. For more information, check out our refund policy

I have insurance, is Blueberry still a good option for my family?

Absolutely! Most families use Blueberry in addition to their insurance (and we recommend it). Even with good insurance, Blueberry can save families hundreds in copays and fees.
